Every once in a while, I come across a product that I use a lot and stick with no matter what. The Kasa Smart Plug Ultra Mini is one of those products. There are so many generic named devices out there, and normally, I shop for the item that is the best deal, or is on sale. These smart plugs are small and easily fit 2 in an outlet, and they just work. Setup is a breeze and they are rock solid. At this point, I have them on a bunch of devices in multiple locations, and have had no issues. They don’t easily lose connection and are ready to serve when you need them to. I recently found the scheduling feature in the Kasa app. This allows you to schedule when you want them to turn on or off. Game changer!

The ability to turn on my lights or control my fan in the middle of the night is amazing. I didn’t realize how much I love these until I started using them. And the best part of this tech is, they work anywhere! I can open the app on my phone and turn on the lights before I come home, or I can tell Alexa / Google to turn something on or off in the middle of the night.
